Jaime is a native of Santander, in the north of Spain where he grew up. After spending a year in Sweden as an exchange student at the Faculty of Tourism, he graduated in Geography and shortly after he had his first job in Genoa as a cartographer!! That’s when he fell in love with Italy and its history and culture. In Barcelona, he achieved a Post-Graduated in Intercultural Education.

He has been working as a tour manager, all throughout Europe for many years acquiring a deep knowledge of the history and art of western civilization but as well a skill to handle with people of different cultures and backgrounds, understanding their lifestyles and habits.

Finally in 2009 he became a licensed tour guide of Barcelona and Catalunya  and he has been working as a professional guide which was always something he was dreaming about. He loves giving his guests a memorable experience and conveys and shares his enthusiasm for the city. Jaime is an experienced, engaging and educational storyteller!
